This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing order cancellations and refund requests made through our website and payment gateway.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Window:

Customers may request a cancellation within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of placing an order.

The booking amount is Rs 4999/– and the company shall deliver the product within a minimum of 15 business days and a maximum of 20 business days.

How to Request a Cancellation:

To initiate a cancellation, customers must email us at support@beammobility.in or call our sales team at +91 9900083575 with the following details:

• Order ID
• Date of purchase
• Full name and contact information
• Reason for cancellation

Eligibility for Cancellation:

Cancellations will be accepted only if the product has not yet been dispatched or moved into production or damaged during delivery. Custom-built or specially configured vehicles are not eligible for cancellation once processing has begun.

If the company fails to deliver the order within the specified maximum time frame of 20 business days, the customer reserves the right to cancel the order.

3. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be considered in the following cases:

• Cancellations made within the permitted 3-day window.
• Product not delivered within the promised timeline due to company-related issues.
• Order processed with incorrect specifications due to errors from UKAY Metal Industries Pvt Ltd.
• Payment made more than once for the same order due to gateway issues.
• Requests based on preference changes (e.g., color/model/variant) before delivery.
• The company shall pay 100% of the booking amount within 7 business days from the date of cancellation.

Non-Eligible Cases for Refund:

• Change of mind beyond the cancellation window.
• Damage due to improper use post-delivery.
• Requests based on preference changes (e.g., color/model/variant) after delivery.
• Delay in delivery due to natural calamities or force majeure events.

Refund Processing Time:

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 (seven) business days from the date of approval.

Mode of Refund:

Refunds will be credited back to the original mode of payment used at the time of transaction (e.g., credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, wallets).

Confirmation of Refund:

A confirmation email will be sent to the registered email ID once the refund has been processed.

4. Fees & Deductions

Cancellation Fee:

No cancellation fee will be charged if the request is made within the permitted 3-day window and before dispatch or production.

Gateway/Transaction Charges:

In case of cancellation/refund, non-refundable payment gateway charges (typically 2-3%) may be deducted from the total refund amount.

Restocking/Administrative Fees:

For special orders or cancellations post-delivery (if exceptionally approved), a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.
