Digitising Your Riding Experience
BEAM Connect is a software application offered by us to enable you to track your vehicle's health, data metrics related to your use and riding, servicing suggestions, and much more. Once you purchase a BEAM vehicle, you are entitled to register on this application and 'link' your vehicle with the account on it.
You can connect your smartphone to your vehicle by downloading the BEAM Connect software application using the APP store(iOS) or using the Play store(android). Once downloaded, you can create an account to 'bind' your vehicle with the software. Doing so will allow you to control certain features on your vehicle remotely. Please refer to the user manual or watch the APP instruction video on our BEAM mobility official YouTube channel for detailed information on using the BEAM Connect application.
You can get a firsthand look at the Beam Connect app through our Virtual Experience available on the website. This feature allows you to explore the app's key features & functions, watch demonstration videos, and understand how it works before downloading. This application helps you have sight on your vehicle's working, potential issues, and also assist you with following the by way of notifications, messages, etc. In-turn, the application (in effect) serves as a and window into the internal functioning of your vehicle. Yes, the Beam Connect has a Guarded & Disarm option. If the vehicle is in Guarded mode, it will trigger an alert on the vehicle side when it is forcefully removed from the location. Additionally, you can set a specific timing for guarding the vehicle.
Yes, the application examines the data generated with respect to your vehicle and prompts you about the inefficiencies / servicing needs from time to time. However, at times, there may be a discrepancy in the information provided, and the actual physical functioning of the vehicle or a part therein.
